General Motors plans to launch Chevrolet Camaro in 2009
US based automaker General Motors has said that they are aiming to launch a revived version of the Camaro muscle car by 2009 in the US market.
The production is expected to begin during the last months of 2008 and the production model of this car would be almost identical to the concept version of the sport coupe, which they showcased at the Detroit auto show in January.
The concept version of the car was applauded by auto critics and market experts and that gave the company the hope to make a production model of this car.
However, market analysts have now said that the company is making a wrong move by launching yet another high-powered performance car when the consumer in the US prefer fuel efficient reliable cars.
