Thomas Cook India to acquire Thomas Cook Thailand
Thomas Cook India has announced their plans to acquire Thomas Cook Thailand. The company further said that they are looking at further acquisitions for growth in the coming years.
Thomas Cook is also planning to enter the neighboring market of Pakistan for growth in the region.
The company also revealed details on the share swap ratio for the acquisition of LKP Forex Ltd.
Thomas Cook India Managing Director Madhavan Menon said in a statement: “We won’t deny we are in talks. The discussions are very preliminary and they will take some time to fructify.”
Chairman Udayan Bose added that they are looking for possible acquisitions in markets including Sri Lanka and Mauritius.
