Azim Premji: India’s entry into the top 10 richest tech titans

Azim Premji is the chairman of the Indian IT giant Wipro and he has just made it into the list of world’s 10 richest Tech Titans. The list is compiled by Forbes business magazine.

Premji is impressively at the sixth spot with a worth of around 13.3 billion dollars. And impressively, he is ahead of some real big names including the two founders of Google search engine Sergey Brin and Larry Page.

He is even ahead of eBay founder Pierre Omidyar and SAP founder Hasso Plattner.

Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates continues to head the list of the richest tech titans with an estimated worth of 50 billion dollars.

Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen is at second position with net worth of 22 billion dollars. Michael Dell of Dell is at third position with a net worth of 17.1 billion dollars.
