Donald Knauss leaving Coca Cola for job in another company

Coca-Cola has said in a statement that their president of its North America division, Donald Knauss has submitted his resignation.

He has accepted a job as chairman and chief executive of another company. However, Coca Cola did not reveal the name of the company Knauss is moving to now.

Knauss himself was quoted as saying that this new job was the opportunity of a lifetime.

Coca Cola declined to reveal more information saying that his new company would give out more details in the coming days.

They are replacing Knauss with J. Alexander Douglas, Jr. who is currently their Chief Customer Officer.
