Chrysler recalling 180,000 vehicles for safety reasons
DaimlerChrysler AG’s Chrysler unit has further added to the car owners in the United States. The company is the latest to announce a major recall of their vehicles.
The company is recalling more than 145,000 Dodge Ram light duty pickup trucks to replace the passenger air bags.
Chrysler said in a statement: “The passenger air bag may not be compatible with a limited number of rear-facing child seat models if the passenger seat is in the full forward position and an airbag deployment occurs.”
In addition, they would also be recalling an additional 15,151 vehicles to replace the front passenger seat belt assembly.
This is not it… Chrysler is also going to recall more than 35,000 Dodge Durangos to check their console wiring connectors.
