J. Edward Coleman is new CEO of Gateway Inc.
The third-largest personal computer maker in the United States Gateway Inc. has announced that J. Edward Coleman will become CEO starting Sept. 18.
The news helped the company improve its stock price on the share market. Coleman was until recently working at Arrow Electronics Inc. as senior vice president and president of Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions.
He would be taking over from Rick Snyder, who has served as interim CEO since February. Snyder would continue to serve as the chairperson of the board.
M. Catherine Morris would be serving as the acting president of Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions and they would announce a permanent placement in the coming months.

Dear Sir,
I feel compelled to contact you and express the bad experience I have had with your company regarding my laptop. I sent it to your repair centre as the LCD screen collapsed. They have had it now for 7 weeks and have insisted that this can only happen through neglect. This is simply not the case and I have been told in no uncertain terms that I am lying.
I have now been told that the repair will cost £163 which I have no option of paying if I want my computher back, and that this can only be paid by cheque. I have offered to use my credit card but was told that this is not possible. ( who uses cheques anymore)?
I will of course be seeking further legal advise and will most definately be passing on my experience to as many people as I can contact.
I can only hope that this is not the way all of your customers are treated.
Yours in dissapointment
J.Morgan
