Ford Europe expects to post a profit for this year
Ford Motor has said that they expect to post a profit in their European division for this year. This would be their third straight year of posting profits if they manage to achieve this feat.
The company’s European division made $196 million profit in the first half of this year. They have not however given a specific forecast for the full year.
Ford Europe is quite optimistic about the sales for the month of September. Britain continues to remain the second biggest market for the company after the domestic market of USA.
Ford is also hoping for big gains from the Russian market as they expect the sales to double to around 120,000 vehicles this year.
