Frank Sklarsky to become the new CFO of Eastman Kodak
Eastman Kodak has announced that they are hiring Frank Sklarsky, chief financial officer of ConAgra Inc. to become their CFO.
He would be taking over from Bob Brust would plans to retire by January 2007.
Sklarsky also have held important executive positions in companies like DaimlerChrysler and Dell in the past.
He would join Kodak on October 30 as the company’s executive vice president. He would also become the effective CFO of the company in November.
The company is increasingly putting their focus on digital devices as they try to sustain the dropping interest in film-based products.
They are also going through a restructuring process, which sees them cutting up to 27,000 jobs.
