Dell to expand their call center in Gurgaon
World’s largest maker of personal computers Dell has confirmed that they would be expanding the workforce at their call center located in Gurgaon, Haryana.
This center currently has around 800 people and this number is expected to grow to around 2,500 employees.
The company already has call centers located in Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Mohali, which are part of their 50-site global customer contact network.
Romi Malhotra, managing director, Dell International Services added on their plans: “Dell is committed to delivering the best value by providing the best experience to our customers. As our business grows globally, there is a constant need to increase our global services network to support our customers.”
