Kingfisher Airlines to carry passengers of Delta Airlines in India
India’s Kingfisher Airlines has said that they would now carry within the country passengers of Delta Airlines of the United States.
Delta Airlines is starting a direct non-stop flight between John F Kennedy Airport in New York to Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport in Mumbai.
This new flight would begin operating from November 1 and would take 14 hours for the non-stop journey.
Regional Director (North America) of Kingfisher Airlines, Sudhan Thomas said in a statement that their flights to Delhi, Chennai, Ahmedabad and Bangalore from Mumbai would start within two hours of the Delta flight arriving in the city.
In addition, passengers traveling to India from the US would be able to buy tickets to Indian cities along with Delta airlines tickets.
