Ford Motor to enhance their auto part purchases from China
Ford Motor Company has plans to purchase auto parts and system equipment worth USD 2.6 billion from the Chinese market this year.
This was revealed on Thursday by the company’s Executive Chairman William Clay Ford Jr.
These purchases would be for their global automotive operations and would enhance company’s involvement in the Chinese market.
The company said that they are doing well in China with their car models and they sold around 114,685 Ford vehicles in the market during the first nine months of the year.
Ford is also predicting that the Chinese market would continue to grow for them as a supplier.

I don’t understand way people and big companies insist they have to get into the Communist Chinese market. Let us call it the the Communist Chinese market because that is exactaly what it is. I have been driving for 16 years and have never owned anything but a Ford Pickup, 7 pickups to be exact. I went on your web-site today to price a vehicle and saw this link, it made me sick to my stomach. I may never buy a Ford product again, and that goes for my whole family after I tell them that you will be purchasing parts and equipment from the Communist Chinese. Growing up, the only thing I believed was truly American made was the Ford Automoblie. I was wrong, Ford Motor Company is just like all the rest of the so called American auto makers, selling out to the Communist Chinese. All you people care about is how can I make it cheaper and what plant am I going to close next so I can put more money in your pockets and screw hundreds of thousands of Americans out of their jobs and me out of a quality made automobile. It will backfire on you, the American public is not stupid.
