Taj Group considering building a 5 Star hotel in Gurgaon
The Taj Group of Hotels is considering building a 200-room five-star hotel in Gurgaon. And as per market sources, the company has already inked a land deal for around 7 acre on Gurgaon’s Golf road. The land alone is rumored to have cost them around Rs 500 million.
And as per experts, the total cost of the project might touch an estimated Rs 1.5 billion.
In addition, sources from local government bodies claim that a blueprint for this project is already prepared and Taj is expected to begin work on this hotel within the next couple of months.
Experts believe that the location for this project is suitable for such a hotel considering it is strategically located for a hospitality project. The area currently has only two five-star hotels — Bristol and Trident Hilton.
