CA is suing former Chief Executive Sanjay Kumar

Software Company CA has said that they are suing their former Chief Executive Sanjay Kumar who was recently convicted by the courts.

CA is asking for repayment of $14.9 million it says it fronted for his legal defense. The courts have agreed to lay claim to his house, sports cars, yacht and other assets security.

Kumar was recently sentenced to 12 years in federal prison over criminal charges for his role in the $2.2 billion accounting fraud at CA.

CA is also claiming in their claim that Kumar transferred more than $20 million to his wife and $5 million to his teenage daughters before the company filed its lawsuit against him.

    Hey, I also bought Sanjay a hamburger for lunch back in 2001 and he never paid me back … claims he didn’t have change from the $250 million bonus he just recieved.
