Bosch Group to expand investments in China
Bosch Group is one of the dominating suppliers of auto parts in the world and the company has now announced their decision to double its investment in China.
Bosch would be investing 620 million Euros by 2008 in China. Peng Deyuan, president of Bosch (China) Investment Co., Ltd. clarified that they would not be investing so much if they were not noticing a significant increase in profits.
The company has already invested 160 million Euros in building two plants in Changsha and Suzhou since the beginning of the current year. They would be investing another 100 million Euros on expansion of these two plants.
Both China and India are becoming two of the fastest growing markets for the company. They are not alone. Rivals including Delphi, Magna and other auto parts giants have also set up ten production bases across China.
