Hyundai India to raise prices of cars before the end of the year
South Korean automaker Hyundai happens to be the second largest automaker in India. The company is now planning to hike the prices of their cars before the end of the year.
The company is expected to hike the prices of their models sold n the Indian market by up to Rs. 15000 by December end.
Market sources claim that the price hike would be implemented on all of their models including Santro, Getz, Sonata and the recently launched Verna.
Hyundai needs to raise the prices considering the input costs of manufacturing these cars have increased in the recent times. They are not alone, as even Honda has confirmed that they are considering hiking the rates of their models sold in India.
