Ford India has said in a statement that they would be launching the updated model of their Endeavour vehicle early next year.
Arvind Mathew, managing director and president, Ford India said in a statement on this model: “We will be bringing out something new every year. While the Endeavour is on the cards, we are also aiming at two segments of the car market - Rs 4-5 lakh category and Rs 10-12 lakh premium segment for the India market in the next two years.”
The company has been performing really well in the recent times due to impressive sales of their Fiesta car. Ford India also recently launched the Ikon Flair CNG, which enables the customer to run the car on both Petrol and CNG. It would be sold at a price of Rs 5.25 lakh (ex showroom Delhi).
However, diesel cars are the highest seller for the company in India as around 70% of the sales of Ford vehicles in India are of diesel vehicles.
