Nirmal Lifestyles and Accor to setup five hotels in Mumbai
Indian real estate company Nirmal Lifestyles are collaborating with French hotel firm, Accor SA. The two companies would establish five hotels in a single campus at a Mumbai city suburb.
Nirmal itself would be investing around 10 billion rupees in the project to build a total of 1,080 rooms and a convention centre.
They are hoping to complete these projects in the next five years. Gilles Pelisson, chief executive officer, Accor spoke on this collaborative affair: “Quality international hotel brands will be important for the project as it will help attract a wide range of businesses to the area.”
They are going to invest $106-million in a 300-room premium hotel.
