DaimlerChrysler recalling 62,369 vehicles to reprogram brake systems
US based automaker Chrysler Group has said that they are going to recall around 62,369 vehicles to re-program a brake system electronic control unit computer.
The company further said that a small number of vehicles may be subject to a loss in electronic brake distribution, anti-lock brake system, traction control and speedometer functions.
This could further result in a loss of vehicle control.
The company is also due to recall about 6,086 2007 Chrysler Sebring vehicles equipped with automatic temperature control for reprogramming.
Chrysler however confirmed that they have received no reports of accidents or injuries due to these issues in their cars.
