Pfizer might cut jobs as part of overhauling structure of the company
The Wall Street Journal has reported that the drug company Pfizer is preparing a plan to overhaul the company. And these plans might include job cuts.
The company could cut several thousand jobs. They might even go ahead and change the way they develop and sell medicines in the market.
The report cited people close to the internal discussions and said that Chief Executive Jeffrey Kindler is due to reveal more on their plans to analysts in the coming days.
However, nothing is confirmed yet and these plans might see changes before they are revealed to the media.
Pfizer has yet not commented on these rumors in the media.
