Frank Fernandez and Dennis Donovan leaving Home Depot

Home Depot is losing two key management individuals. The company said that Frank Fernandez, the company’s executive vice president and general counsel and Dennis Donovan, executive vice president of human resources are resigning later this month from their positions in the company.

These two individuals were brought in the company by its former CEO Nardelli who was ousted Jan. 3.

Chief Executive Frank Blake said in the press release on this development: “We wish them well in the future.”

A company spokesperson added that they are leaving the company voluntarily.

Blake has now promoted Tim Crow to executive vice president of human resources. And he has also now named Jim Snyder as the interim head of the company’s legal department.
