A study published by the Finland communications ministry claims that ninety-six percent of Finns have access to broadband Internet.
The research further said that almost half of all people in Finland have access to third-generation (3G) mobile telephony.
In addition, four out of five municipalities now offer high-speed internet connections.
The country also happens to be the home of Nokia which is the world’s largest mobile phone maker. The report claimed that more than 75 percent of Finns regularly or occasionally use Internet. This figure touches 100% for people under the age of 40.
