Sources claim General Motors is in talks to buy Chrysler
Market sources are claiming that world’s biggest automaker General Motors is in preliminary talks to buy Chrysler from DaimlerChrysler.
They can also go ahead with another plan to strike a strategic alliance with the rival automaker.
Market analysts are however concerned on this rumor saying that it is not a logical move by the company as they are already struggling in the US market.
Analysts added that a possible takeover of the Chrysler Group by GM would risk complicating the turnaround efforts of both companies.
Automotive News was the first news outlet to have revealed this news that the two companies are probably in talks about this deal.
