China now offering Olympic tickets on sale online
China has announced that they are now offering tickets for the upcoming Olympic game online. These tickets can be purchased by Chinese nationals and foreigners residing in China.
They can now register and book tickets in advance. The service is available at the official website http://www.tickets.beijing2008.cn.
The tickets would then be issued in three separate phases and if the tickets are oversubscribed to a particular event, they would be allocated to the purchasers by random draw.
People living in other nations would have to get the tickets from their national Olympic Committee or from designated outlets at the same price as Chinese residents. The tickets are being sold between the price range of $3.50 and $646.
