Parshwanath to develop a five-star hotel in Ahmadabad
Real estate giant Parshwanath Developers have said that they are planning to invest Rs 250 crore in a project involving development of a five-star hotel and multiplex-cum-commercial mall project at Vejalpur in Ahmedabad.
This project would be setup over an area of 22,365 sq meters and would feature a five- star hotel and commercial mall. It would also have a multiplex.
The company said that they aim to complete this project within 2.5 years and it would start operating in 2009.
Ashim Gandhi, chief operating officer (Gujarat and strategic planning), Parshwanath Developers added on this project launch: “The commercial mall would be a one-stop shop for premium segments of the society.”
He added that they have already received confirmed bookings from a number of well-known retailers. And they are collaborating with Movietime Cineplex Pvt Ltd to manage the multiplexes.
