Canon Level IV Master Service Centers now open in Gurgaon and Mumbai

Canon India Pvt. Ltd. has announced that they have now opened their Level IV Master Service Centers in Mumbai and Gurgaon.

Both of these centers are spread over 2000 square feet each. These are the first two centers from the company established to provide camera repair and services to Canon customers.

Canon has invested close to Rs. 5 million on each of the two centers. They also have plans to renovate their existing two Authorized Service Franchises at Hyderabad and Chennai.

These centers are capable of handling services of all Canon digital cameras, DVs, DSLRs and lenses. They would also offer extra services including repair of all Canon digital cameras and lenses, CMOS cleaning and professional support on software up-gradation.

Kensaku Konishi, President and CEO, Canon India spoke on this new development: “Customer satisfaction and customer delight is the backbone of Canon India. Keeping this in mind, Canon has an incredibly efficient network of service centers spread across the length and breadth of the country. A Canon customer is secure to use our state-of-the-art technology and value added services and support through our network. The inauguration of the two new service centers is an extension of our focus on providing customers faster response and enhanced personalized services.”

Alok Bharadwaj, Vice President, Canon India added: “As we all know – the digicam industry is growing rapidly at the rate of 100% every year, the need for world class service facilities will undoubtedly be felt by customers. This is the time for us to align ourselves to accelerate the growth in business by providing our customers the best of services and support particularly in the area of professional cameras and lenses. We have taken a proactive step to prepare ourselves for the future. Canon is committed to enhance its service quality and considering the fact that professional photographers face a problem in servicing of lens, these service centers will come as a delightful experience for them.”
