What may appear to be a great order for Airbus, is in fact the opposite! Airbus is plagued with Government interference from four sides already, they certainly don't need another to add to the mess they're in.

Airbus needs to stand on its own without Government sticking its nose into its affairs and dictating where and how the company is going to re-organize, of course the likelihood of that happening is zero. By adding Russia into the equation, they just magnify the problem.

The other negative in this is the U.S. and its Military! does anyone really think they would award any kind of contract to Airbus with Russia holding an monetary interest as well as shared technical insights into the requirements of the U.S. Military?

Be careful what you wish for, you may just get it.
