Seagate and Accel to provide professional data recovery services
Storage industry giant Seagate has announced that they are collaborating with Accel Frontline. The two companies would now be providing professional data recovery services to its customers across the country.
Seagate would be offering their services through Accel’s extensive network of 36 service centers across 34 cities. The company said that it would help them to cater to the needs of their customers.
Accel would be taking care of the maintenance of the service level, data quality commitment and customer confidentiality. They would be required to adhere to ISO guidelines to ensure procedural and quality excellence for all data recovery cases.
Seagate added that their software solution and in-lab recovery services with SignalTrace technology would be provided to help the customers with their data recovery problems.
