Hotel Leela Venture collaborates with Ambience Hotels and Resorts

After the BPO Industries, it looks like Gurgaon is all set to become the hub for international hotels and resorts. The latest news coming in from this industry is that the Hotel Leela Venture Ltd has signed on an agreement with the Ambience Hotels and Resorts Ltd.

The two companies would now be managing a five star deluxe hotel, which is currently being constructed in Gurgaon. This Leela Kempinski Gurgaon and Leela Residences would become a part of the upscale development located on a plot of about five acres, which includes an up-market shopping centre.

This upcoming hotel would have the capacity of 319 guest rooms, suites as well as 90 serviced residences as per information released by the Chairman of the Leela Hotels Group, C P Krishnan Nair. It is located just across the Delhi border and has the unique feature of having a one-km long frontage alongside national highway number eight.

It is expected to be operational by next year.
