Rogers Communications collaborates with XM Canada

XM Canada has announced that they are collaborating with telecom giant Rogers Communications.

The agreement between the two companies would see XM Canada content being distributed through the Rogers’ wireless, cable and Internet products.

The two companies did not reveal the financial aspects of their deal. Rogers is now offering their wireless network customers up to 25 channels of XM music, comedy, sports, entertainment and talk programming.

XM Canada chairman and CEO John Bitove spoke on this deal signed with Roger: “With Rogers products available throughout Canada, we will now reach more Canadians than ever before, and this agreement provides us new avenues for awareness and revenue growth.”
