Satyam Computer Services expanding operations in Singapore

Indian IT Company Satyam Computer Services continues to expand their operations in the Singapore market.

The company said that they are adding 80 new positions to its Singapore operation to create a base for highly-specialized IT talent.

They currently have as many as 380 employees in Singapore. Virender Aggarwal, Satyam’s head of the Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Africa said in a statement: “Singapore is the magnet for attracting good talent.”

Their operations in the region look after their operations in Africa and the Middle East.

Satyam manages their domestic operations in India from Singapore.

Satyam added that their Asia-Pacific operations account for 16.5 per cent of its worldwide revenues.
