Research In Motion faced issues with Blackberry service
Research In Motion said in a statement that they managed to fix back the problems which plagued their Blackberry service.
The problem occurred after an overnight service which resulted in problems for their customers in the North American market.
RIM added in a statement that they are now studying the potential problems which caused the downtime of the service.
The company claimed that the BlackBerry e-mail service was “delayed or intermittent” but the phone connectivity worked fine during the period.
Market analysts have said that RIM’s past record with the service availability is impressive and the users have nothing to worry about the future.
