Jet Airways to launch Toronto-New Delhi flight this august

India’s largest private airline company Jet Airways has announced that they would launch a new flight between Toronto and New Delhi this coming August.

They would be operating five flights per week between Toronto and New Delhi via Brussels or New York. This would be further expanded to daily flights later this year.

Jet spokesman B Chandrasekhar added that this new flight would use a brand new Airbus 330 aircraft and would feature two classes of service.

The Business Class would have 30 flat bed seats while the economy class will have an approximate 190 seats.

ICCC President Ajit Khanna has expressed their happiness at this announcement. He said that ICCC has been working actively with the Greater Toronto Airport Authority (GTAA) and the Indian aviation industry to facilitate the opening of a new air route.
