Gati collaborating with Indian Airlines

Gati has announced that they have now entered into a wet lease agreement with Indian Airlines for five B737-200 freighter aircraft for a period of 5 years.

The company would now be running these cargo freighters on various routes covering all metros and other parts of the country.

This would help them to expand their business operations throughout the country. The deal with Indian is also expandable.

The two companies said that they would jointly do branding, advertisement & launch related activities.

A company release added that the leased aircraft shall have a valid certificate of airworthiness to be issued by the Department of Civil Aviation of India for carrying out transportation by cargo freighters.
