Infosys to invest Rs 306 crore on their new campus in Kerala

Indian IT giant Infosys has announced that they plan to invest Rs 306 crore in the campus they are building in the state of Kerala.

The company confirmed that the work has commenced at this site.

Kerala Chief Minister V S Achuthanandan was at the location and he performed the ground-breaking ceremony for the development center

The company had been working in the state from a leased facility in Thiruvananthapuram since 2004.

After the setup of this new center, they would have two full-fledged operations in the city.

K Dinesh, co-founder and member of the board, Infosys Technologies spoke on this new development: “The campus will include facilities for work and recreation for our employees. We expect to create 8,000 seats at this center over the next few years.”
