Semel has been granted mega options and has pocketed $450 million cash upon exercise plus $300 in value of his un-exercised options. That dwarfs all others combined. And the man is incompetent. Now he is the subject of class action lawsuits alleging fraud and misrepresentation of sales and earnings which could develope into criminal charges.
