Ringo Starr music catalog coming online
There is some good news for Ringo Starr music fans. Market sources say that his music is coming to the digital music stores online.
Ex-Beatles Ringo Starr’s Publicist said in a statement that Starr has signed on a deal to release his Capitol/EMI catalog online.
This means downloads of his popular music including 1970 album “Beacoups of Blues” and 1973’s “Ringo” will be available online.
Sources further said that a new solo album named Liverpool 8 also scheduled for launch early next year.
This news comes at a time when the news about a possible Beatles deal for their songs to be sold online are fizzing out. EMI has said that they continue to work on such a deal but no progress seems to have been made.
