Ford receives bids for their Jaguar, Land Rover Marquees
US based automotive giant Ford Motor Co. has confirmed that they have now received the bids for their Jaguar and Land Rover marquees.
The company added that they are now evaluating the level of interests in these two legendary brands.
John Gardiner, a spokesman for Ford’s European luxury brand said in a statement on this new development: “We have had contact with interested parties. We are actively evaluating the level of interest.”
incidentally, Indian automakers including Tata Motors and Mahindra & Mahindra are said to be two of the parties interested in acquiring these two brands.
