SCO adds iBilt as their Mobility Solution Partner

SCO and iBilt comes together to provide customized mobility solutions

India, Mumbai, 24th July - The SCO Group, Inc., a leading provider of UNIX software technology and mobile services, today announced their union with iBilt Technology for their mobility products. SCO appoints iBILT as its partner to promote SCO range of product specific to its SCO Mobile server in all vertical throughout India.

“Choosing iBilt as a partner is going to augment the spread of our Mobility solutions. iBilt is an end-to-end IT solution provider and at this point of time SCO wanted to join hands with an organization with strong base in Govt sector. As per the understanding iBilt will sell SCO Mobile server to all verticals but they will focus more on Govt. and corporate sector and buy licenses from SCO for the same” shared Subodh Rustagi, country head India & SEA. “SCO will provide sales and technical training for iBilt team to make them able to position the solution to the targeted customers. Initially the application will be developed by SCO and then later the skills will transfer to iBilt so that they can develop the application on their own” he adds.

SCO mobile is geared up to trap Indian market with their customized mobility solutions and iBilt supports that with their all over India presence and past experience of executing project in all nook and corner of country. Hence iBilt become one of the natural choice for SCO to appoint them as partner to sell and to develop application on SCO Mobile.

iBilt gives solution based on customer requirement but with SCO they can offer unique and customized solution. The alliance enables them to position mobile based application to end user which makes their offering unique. iBilt will develop application on SCO Unix Platform which makes the solution more stable, secure, reliable and low cost on Intel platform.
