SunRocket VoIP customers get 10 days to save their numbers
VoIP company SunRocket has said in a statement that their customers now have around 10 days to save their numbers by switching to another service provider and getting their numbers ported to it.
Sherwood Partners LLC said that they have signed on a definitive agreement to sell some SunRocket network assets to VOIP provider TeleBlend.
They would be using the funds to keep the service running till midnight U.S. Eastern time on Aug. 5.
SunRocket had been offering unlimited U.S. domestic calling for US$199 per year and has around 200,000 customers.
The company has failed to sustain their business operations and is now closing down.
Several rival VoIP service providers are now offering their customers deals to switch to their network.
