Prime Minister wants Air India to provide World Class service
There was a time when Air India was considered to be one of the best service offering airline company in the world.
Times have changed and now travelers prefer private airline companies to go to their destinations.
However, Prime Minister Mr. Manmohan Singh has now asked the government owned airline company to improve upon their image and provide world class service levels.
Singh said in his statement: “There was a time when Air India was regarded as one of the world’s best airlines. I am sure that it will once again regain that reputation. That should be our common ambition, that should be our common aim. In this, you have our support in full measure.”
He added: “I am happy that with greater competition there is now increased pressure from market forces driving the process of change and improvement in civil aviation business as well.”

If AirIndia want to change its image, they must concentrate
on good customer serive. Whenever you call AirIndia office,
customer service represantative act like “they own airline.
They are sometime so rude, because they know, nobody can expel them from there job. If we like to fulfill our Prime minister’s wishes, we must concentrate on basics of good customer service. They must know, Airindia image sucks, and is considered one of the worst airline service at this time. Thankyou.
