StubHub enters a five year long deal with Major League Baseball
eBay owned StubHub has announced that they have now entered a five year long deal with the Major League Baseball.
They have now become the official source of secondary tickets for Major League Baseball for this period.
They would take charge of the secondary ticket sales at MLB Advanced Media LP’s Internet site MLB.com. The deal also gives them access to individual team sites.
The two companies would be sharing the revenues generated through sales of the tickets.
StubHub is now owned by the online auction giants eBay which recently acquired StubHub for USD 310 million.
