Ford expects to sell Jaguar and Land Rover in the next couple of months
US based automaker Ford Motors has said that they expect to sell the two legendary marquees Jaguar and Land Rover either by this year-end or early next year.
Indian automaker Tata Motors has shown interest in acquiring these two brands. There are several other bidders in the fray as well.
An unnamed source said: “We expect the process to end at the end of this year or the beginning of next year.”
Ford has been struggling in its home market and the two marquees have been failing to generate profits.
These two brands have generated quite a buzz in the market but the sale process has been delayed due to workers union-related issues.
