Business 2.0 being shut down by Time Inc
Time Inc has decided that they are not selling their Business 2.0 division. Instead, the company has decided to close it down.
This was reported in a news item published by the New York Times.
With this one of the last remaining Internet and technology business magazines is becoming a part of the history.
Time could not reach an agreement to sell this venture to Mansueto Ventures. Mansueto Ventures are the owners of the rival magazine Fast Company.
They had acquired this magazine in 2001 for about $68 million. It would now cease operations after its October issue.
