Dell to expand Chinese operations
Dell is the world’s largest maker of personal computers and the company has now plans to expand their business operations in the Chinese market. Dell would be hiring around 200 more workers and would be ramping up investment in China amid strong sales growth in the Asian country.
Dell Michael Dell said in a statement about this initiative: “This expansion is an important next step for us to further enhance our global product innovation, and to support our business growth in China and around the world.”
These new jobs would be offered at the company’s new research and design centre in China’s economic hub of Shanghai. However, dell has not revealed details on how much they plan to invest more for these operations.
Dell is growing fast in china at double the average pace of the industry and this requires them to concentrate more on expanding their products and services in the market.
