Infinite Computer Solutions acquires Comnet International Company

Infinite Computer Solutions has announced that they are now acquiring US-based Comnet International Company.

Infinite is a leading global IT solutions and services provider and they would now gain the expertise of this company dealing in telecommunication focussed outsourced product development and IT.

Upinder Zutshi, CEO said in a statement that this acquisition would help them gain entry into the telecommunication solution-centric market.

He added: “Infinite will actively pursue the inorganic route as part of our global expansion plans and growth strategy. We are looking at more such acquisitions in the telecom sector to ensure that we become a global telecommunications service provider.”
