Deutsche Telekom acquires Orange Netherlands
German mobile communications industry giant Deutsche Telekom has announced that they are now acquiring Orange Netherlands from France Telecom.
The deal is worth around USD 1.8 billion. Orange Netherlands provides several services including mobile and broadband internet.
The announcement of such a deal came out back in June this year. Deutsche Telekom has now confirmed that they have concluded a deal now.
It added that through this acquisition, they aim to save around $1.4 billion in the next couple of years.
