Bajaj Auto September sales down 23 percent
Indian two wheeler manufacturer Bajaj Auto has announced that their auto sales in September were down 23% compared to last year in the same month.
The company reported that their sales were down to 232,496 units from 300,141 units last year.
The sales of their motorcycles were down 25 percent to 204,152 units from 271,377 units.
Bajaj Auto however said that their exports were up 30 percent to 48,048 units from 37,088 units in the same month last year.
Bajaj is India’s second largest motorcycle maker after Hero Honda.
