India’s largest realty firm DLF is all set to enter the BSE Sensex benchmark index from next month.

They would be replacing Dr Reddy’s on the Sensex. Bombay Stock Exchange confirmed this in a report stating that the change would come into effect from November 19.

They also announced their decision to change the compositions of BSE-100, BSE-200, BSE-500 and BSE-PSU index.

BSE added that as part of this change, Idea Cellular, Jindal Steel and Power, Power Finance Corporation, Patni Computer Systems and Union Bank of India would be included on the BSE-100 index from October 15.
