Apple Impress with Latest Figures

Apple has posted their latest revenue figures and the company has impressed the market.

Apple reported that their fiscal fourth-quarter profits jumped 67 percent. It has been a record breaking year for the company which now has a solid presence in the mobile phone market as well.

Apple said that they earned $904 million during the quarter compared to $542 million in the same period last year.

Their revenues were up at $6.22 billion. This was up from $4.84 billion in the same quarter last year.

Apple added that during the quarter they shipped 2.16 million Macs, 10.2 million iPods and around 1.12 million units of the Apple iPhone.
