Toyota You Trust coming up next
Japanese auto major Toyota has said that they are now going to enter the second hand car market in India.
Maruti already has a major presence in this segment of the market. Honda, Hyundai and Ford are other global auto makers dealing in second hand cars.
Toyota would be launching their Toyota You Trust initiative sometime this week.
A market analyst spoke about these new developments: “Exchange offers are the primary reason why leading auto majors enter the used-car market.”
Research companies have said that the used-car market in India has a demand for around 1 million units per year.
